A Grammar of Samaritan Hebrew: Based on the Recitation of the Law in Comparison with the Tiberian and Other Jewish Traditions

The Hebrew language comes down to us in several dialects, each ethnic community having its own unique tradition of pronunciation. The author examines whether the Samaritans carefully maintained their language heritage, as they did their observance of tradition, preserving it from the time when they spoke Hebrew.
