About the Author
Matt L. Beadle is a British management consultant who specializes in leadership development for young and new managers. After completing bachelor's and master's degrees at Greenwich and Birmingham City universities, respectively, Matt became a serial entrepreneur, setting up and running several companies before the sale of the last one in 2016. Since 2000 he has worked as a freelance management trainer and facilitator for Fortune 500 companies and global players across the world. He has trained or moderated over 20,000 executives of 40 different nationalities in over 20 countries and is one of the most renowned leadership experts working out of mainland Europe today. Matt's unique brand of humorous, energetic training and moderation inspires his participants and no two workshops are the same. Matt is married and lives together with his wife and their two children in Werther, Germany (where the famous sweets come from).
