The 70-year-old protagonist Zhang Yixun is dying. A science company named Soultime comes to him and asks him to experience the latest technology-time projection, from which he can choose any time in his past time and project his soul to that time. Zhang Yixun chooses the last meal on college graduation day and he confesses his love to his childhood sweetheart Zhu Xia with a coke bottle. Because of this, the stories in the past have changed. Zhu Xia follows Zhang Yixun to Beijing and they are in love. They live in a small apartment with only 1 bedroom in Beijing and start as a workplace newbie. In the dreamlike city of Beijing, they keep breaking up and reconciling. But the story is not that simple. Behind the time clue, there are hidden huge secrets and redemption.
