This book is one of the ci series. He Zhu is a famous ci poet of Northern Song dynasty. The more than 280 poems by him cover a wide range of topics;contain rich content and include many famous sentences. His poems are featured by musical beauty and high artistic quality. He is good at using the established sentences of his predecessors and his works are bold and unconstrained, graceful. He is the precedent of Xin Qiji and Zhou Bangyan and plays an important role in the development of Song poems. The grass beside the river, the dancing willows in the whole city and the yellow plum in the rain is a sentence of him that has won universal praise. Thus, he is reputed as Plum He. This book collects all the works of He Zhu and the brilliant comments on him by later generations, coupled with simple explanatory notes.
