This book is the research result of more than 20 historical scholars in Tang dynasty for years, collectively representing the greatest achievements of the group research on the poets in Tang dynasty made in the 20th century. There are numerous diversified research works about Confucian classics in Qing dynasty with different styles and research emphases; and the books therein written in sparse style usually absorb and conclude predecessors research results in diversified aspects and are widely needed reference book for the literature, history and philosophy researchers, therefore, we select the representative works with regard to this aspect in the name of 13 Human Annotations to publish them constantly. However, the works selected are not all written in sparse style, due to that some book has no sparse or has imperfect sparse, but supplemented or replaced by other annotations.
