This is the third volume in the series of minutes of the presidium of the Supreme Council of National Economy (VSNKh) of the USSR for 1920. VSNKh was the main organ of management of the Russian economy. The published documents demonstrate the position of this organ on many debatable issues; militarization of economy and labor, use of the army in the economy, transfer of workers from one plant to another, etc. The first volume of the series for 1917-1918 was published in 1991, the second (1919) in 1993.
