A tall man is lying unconsciously in an intensive care unit in the national hospital and it is said that he has the inside information of the Oslo drug cartel. His identity is not revealed and his name is so secret that even the 24-hour on duty guards have no right to know. However, someone hopes he would never wake up. At the same time, a 'police killer' appears in Oslo.
