This book is a memoir and confession of the well known Russian actress Ol'ga Iakovleva. She was a favorite leading actress of the great Russian theater director Anatolii Efros (1925-1987) who made several successful productions with this actress. This book is about Efros's theater, the last years of his life clouded with the conflict over the Taganka theater. The book is illustrated with many photographs.
