This monograph focuses on the ideological struggle of Soviet authorities (1944-1949) against intellectuals mostly of non-Russian ethnic background, in particular Jews. In a broader sense all scientists who undervalued Soviet science and preferred Western science were considered to be non-patriots and " cosmopolitans". Many excellent scientists lost their job during this political campaign and were forced out of their field of studies. The monograph studies specific cases in various sciences and humanities: KR, Zhebrak and Dubinin, K. Zvorykin and many others. Bibliography. (0.775 kg.)
