The book is divided into Ancient Chinese History, Chinese Modern History and World History, each of them includes basic history date, academic contending and contemporary works, along with some commonly used historical reference books. In the first part, the basic history date are listed, also the author, contents,version of each material are mentioned. The second part briefly introduces discussions on some important academic problems, so as to make the student have a rough idea about them.The last part is a brief review of modern scholars' academic works that the students need to read about Chinese ancient history, Chinese modern history and world history.
