Sleep is humans physiological need like breathing. People spend 1/3 of the time in sleep. Sleep is necessary and it is an important part of body recovery, body integration and memory consolidation. However, sleeping disorder has become a very common social phenomenon due to the faster pace of modern life, increasing pressure as well as bad habits such as stay up late and drinking. According to the World Health Organizations survey of 14 countries, 15 experimental base, and more than 20,000 patients who consult the primary clinic care, 27% of people have sleeping problems. The latest survey results announced by the Chinese Sleeping Research Society show that the insomnia incidence of Chinese adults is 38.2%, which is higher than its in developed countries.
