"Promyshlennaia Politika Rossii" is about forming a new government industrial policy in the epoch of globalization. The authors present positions and interests of the five major players in the Russian industrial sector: representatives of the "old state industry", integrated business-groups, administrations of the old industrial regions; technological lobbies; representatives of sectors successfully adjusted to the global market.
