资政院议场会议速记录——晚清预备国会论辩实录

The annual meeting of late Qing dynastys advisory council had meetings from September 24th, 1911 to January 11th of next year, totally 42 plenary meetings. The book includes the original meeting records of the 42 plenary meetings and there is no any abridgment to these records. For the members of the advisory council, no matter they are nominated by the emperor or elected by the people, most of them are assertors and practitioners of reform. The cover of the book is the seat distribution drawing of the meeting hall.
