Georgii Pocheptsov (Ukraine), the author of several book in semiotics, philology, international communications and public relations, attempts to describe the methodology and instruments of so called "color" revolutions that are organized from outside the country. He equates the efforts of the USA and Russia as agents of these revolutions, particularly in Ukraine. He also shows the evolution of methods of intervention from outside, analyzes the works of the first theoreticians and practitioners of these revolutions: Guevara de la Serna (Che Guevara), Gene Sharp, etc. Bibliography.
