Abner Cheney Goodell, Jr. (1831-1914) was an American lawyer, author and editor. He lived in Salem, Massachusetts and was president of the New England Historic Society and the Massachusetts Historical Society. His works include: The Trial and Execution for Petit Treason of Mark and Phillis, Slaves of Capt.
