Product Description This detailed examination of the remains of 218 individuals from two late Roman cemeteries in use between the 4th and 6th century AD at Mazarrón in Murcia provides important insights into a period that has not been well studied in Spain. Laboratory analysis of these remains, including trace elements and DNA markers, has been used here to examine, not only the age and sex profiles of individuals, but to provide further information on palaeopathology, palaeodiet, nutrional levels, diversity between tombs and internments and possible familial relationships between individuals.
