About the Author Daniel Newman is Senior Lecturer in Law at Cardiff University, UK. He has extensive research expertise in access to justice, legal aid, and the legal profession. His writing covers both criminal justice and social welfare law.Faith Gordon is Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University.
