The current epoch may be called the epoch of global migration. Many countries voluntarily or not open their borders to migrants and meet the problem of cultural differences and the preservation of national identity and unity. This book calls to reconsider the main frame and stereotypes which scholars use to address this new problem, in particular such concepts as "nation", "national state", "national citizenship", and "national identity".
