This is the first complete collection of the works of the last of Russian symbolist. Aleksei Skal'din (1889-1943?), a pupil of Viach. Ivanov, close friend of Mikhail Kuzmin and Grigorii Ivanov, influenced and made possible the many literary innovations of Andrei Platonov, Leonid Dobychin and "Oberiuts". Skal'din was arrested three times and died in a labor camp. The collection includes his poems, prose, articles, diaries, and materials of his three arrests. Comments.
