Nonlinear Analysis and Optimization I: Nonlinear Analysis

As part of a two-volume set from the June 2008 conference, this collection reports recent research in nonlinear analysis. The 16 papers develop a method for calculating the upper bound of orthogonal projections in a Hilbert space, a Mosco stability theorem for the generalized proximal mapping, and three nontrivial solutions for p-Laplacian Neumann problems. Other topics include Halpern's iteration for nonexpansive mappings, Lie generators for local semigroups, generalized relaxations of nonexpansive operators, and split common fixed points.
