About the Author Klaus-Dieter Gronwald is lecturer, author and serious game developer with teaching experiences in Enterprise Systems, Global Sourcing, Cross Cultural Competencies, Essentials of Business Management, and Business Strategy at CityUniversity of Seattle, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts Switzerland, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, and University of Strathclyde, Glasgow with a parallel industry career as partner at Learn To Learn Inc. Orlando/Forida responsible for the development of learning games which addresses the needs of students who have behavioral and learning problems. He was head of SAP´s global university liaison program and senior executive at two India based global service providers, responsible for their European Enterprise Application Services Division with ten years of experience in the development of new global sourcing strategies and advanced shared services models for IT- and engineering services in virtual teams with the focus on cross-cultural understanding.
