The analysis of everyday experience has been carried out under the basic presupposition that it represented a phenomenon building the sphere and limits of settled word perception, activity and communication. Nevertheless it can be hardly defined in itself, without grasping its relationships with obviously different, though inherently interconnected phenomena like creativity, mobility, and extraordinary experience. The major novelty of the approach offered by the authors, in their own words, is its interdisciplinary character: they broadly use the recent studies of different social and human sciences in order to justify their conceptual generalizations. The book studies the differences between everyday reality and its images, reality and ordinary sense, everyday experience and philosophy of common sense. Summary in English.
