
This monograph studies iconographical sites of the north-eastern Saiano-Altai from the Bronze age, in particular the pictorial traditions of the Central and North-Eastern Asia cultures. These traditions manifested themselves in the so called contact zone of these two cultures: Saiano-Altai and adjacent territories. Among the iconographical sites studied are: rock paintings, bronze objects, ornaments, etc. The author singles out several pictorial traditions and analyzes their genesis and chronology.
