While Affirmative Action Has Helped Lessen Inequality, It Has Not Removed Ethnic Tension As Initially Envisaged. The Ultimate Question Is Whether Affirmative Action Has Led To A Fairer, More Just And Peaceful Society Or Whether It Has Simply Worsened The Existing Situation.
