About the Author Dr. Geoff S. Bowe was a Research Fellow at the National and Kaposdistrian University of Athens, Greece in 1998-1999. He taught at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey, from 1999-2007. He joined the Department of Philosophy, History and Politics at Thompson Rivers University in Canada, 2007. He is the co-ordinator of Philosophy in the Aegean, a field school to ancient sites in Aegean Turkey, and continues to teach in Istanbul, most recently at Istanbul Technical University and Bogazici University. Dr. K. Darcy Otto was an assistant professor at McMaster University from 2003-4, and joined the Department of Philosophy at California State University, San Bernardino, in 2004. His research focus is ancient metaphysics (in particular the Parmenides) and formal logic. in 2009, he founded Wandering Mango, a software company whose products are designed to help students learn formal logic.
