Two-Track Training: Sex Inequalities and the YTS

A pathbreaking study of the different effects of youth training for girls and boys in terms of what training they get and what jobs they are equipped for. While critical of existing training, the author is careful to point out the limits of what can be achieved at 16 in developing her own models for a more equal, effective and positive model of post-school education.
