About the Author AMIOMARA-OTUNNU is a Visiting Scholar at theHarvard Center for International Affairs. He took his doctorate at St. Antony's College, Oxford, and previously studied at Makerere University, Harvard University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has published three collections of poems on social and political themes.
