This teaching aid includes a course on the history of lawmaking in Russia and sources for the course. Most of them are published in full: Russkaia Pravda, Pskovskaia Sudnaia Gramota, Sudebnik 1497, Statut Velikogo Kniazhestva Litovskogo 1529, Sobornoe Ulozhenie 1649, Artikul Voinskii i Kratkoe Izobrazhenie, Krest'ianskaia Reforma 1861 Goda. The anthology is provided with a terms dictionary and plan of discussions for each chapter (source). The book is planned to be published in two volumes. Part one covers the 11th-19th centuries: from the law collection Russkaia Pravda to the peasant reform of 1861.
