This is the first monograph in Russian which analyzes the issue of the integration of migrants and immigrants. It covers various aspects of the theory and practice of integration: theoretical, social, political, cultural, legal and administrative. The author analyzes the European experience in studying and solving the problem and shows the differences of the Russian situation from other countries on this matter.
