Reflective Approaches to European Governance

Takes the notion of governance as the pivot for a number of new approaches to conceptualizing the European Union, here considered be a unique polity that defies previous models. The contributors share a basic distrust of rational institutionalism as they examine dimension of European governance, relations between the Union and member nations, and relations with the rest of the world.
