This collection includes documents related to the execution of the Order #00447 to repress former kulaks, criminals, and other “anti-Soviet elements" (July 30th, 1937). This order was the key action of the so called Great Terror (1937-38). The Altai Krai (Siberia) was one of the main agrarian regions of the USSR.
