Aleksandr Leonidovich Pastrenak (1893-1983), an architect and historian of architecture, was raised in a unique family. His father was a famous Russian artist, his mother - a talented pianist, his brother - a Nobel prize winner, the Russian poet Boris Pasternak (1890-1960). This memoir is about his childhood and his family, and covers the end of the 19th-early 20th centuries. This is the first Russian edition of the complete text.
