Since January 2013, Claude Diebolt is Fellow of the University of Strasbourg Institute for Advanced Study (USIAS).Mike Haupert is Professor of Economics at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He is the Executive Director of the Cliometric Society, having previously served as the editor of the society’s newsletter for eight years. He is also a member of the Association Française de Cliometrie. His interest in cliometrics began when he was a graduate student at Washington University in the 1980s, studying under Douglass North and John Nye.
