OECD Territorial Reviews, Champagne-Ardenne, France 2002

The Champagne-Ardenne region in the north-east of France ranks fifth among French regions in terms of GDP/capita. However, it encountered a number of problems during the recession of the early 1990s, and although a recovery is now under way, uncertainties remain. This report reviews policy options required to address socio-economic issues and promote urban development in the region.
