OECD's annual survey of the Turkish economy. Chapter I evaluates recent developments and prospects. Chapter II examines macroeconomic policies, including fiscal, monetary and exchange rate, and banking policy. Chapter III examines the role of the Seventh Five Year Plan and Customs Union with the EU. Chapter IV looks at employment problems and Chapter V presents the conclusions.
