Logics for Artificial Intelligence

This book examines the applications of non-standard logics to artificial intelligence, and relates these applications to main-stream computing and cognitive science. It strikes new ground by linking the some-what informal and philosophical books with the highly mathematical texts which are often too technical for the computer scientist.
