Etnopolitologiia is a probably the most young field of studies formed at the intersection of ethnography, political science, international law, and geopolitics. This new field was initiated by studies of inter-ethnic conflicts and wars both inside countries and between them. This textbook-anthology includes results of studies, legal documents, and statements of the world leaders. They are divided into the following chapters: Ethnopolitology as a science; Anthology of international legal documents; Russian federal legal documents; Legal documents of countries adjacent to Russia; Russian political leaders on the nationality issue.
