明代乡村纠纷与秩序: 以徽州文书为中心

With the help of a great deal of literature discovered in Huizhou region, this book explores the form and change of country disputes and order in the Ming dynasty, taking Huizhou region as an example. It analyzes issues such as the social structure at that time, the development of patriarchal clan and the special land renting system. It recovers the countryside social disputes settlement mechanism and the form of social order and is a masterpiece of the Japanese scholars studying the history of Ming and Qing Dynasties since the 1980s.
