The palace museum was the imperial palace of Ming and Qing dynasty. The palace building itself was the important remains of the cultural art history. The picture album was divided into five categories, i.e. bronzeware, calligraphy and pictures, porcelains, arts and handicrafts, weaving embroidering. Each of them has a concrete explication. Although only 100 pieces of treasure are presented in the book, they are the representative of different ages and reflecting the developing process and achievement of Chinese art.
