We Propose A Relationship Between The Cohomology Of Arithmetic Groups, And The Motivic Cohomology Of Certain (langlands-)attached Motives. The Motivic Cohomology Group In Question Is That Related, By Beilinson's Conjecture, To The Adjoint L-function At S=1.
