Russian emigration in Manchuria before and after the revolution of 1917 brought with it Russian books and founded new centers of Russian publishing. This monograph studies the history of Russian publishing centers in Chinese centers of Russian diaspora in two periods: from the 1917 to the invesion of Japanese army in Chine in 1931 and after the invation till 1949.
