Metadata Is A Key Aspect Of Our Evolving Infrastructure For Information Management, Social Computing, And Scientific Collaboration. Metadata Is Part Of The Fabric Of Social Computing, Which Includes The Use Of Wikis, Blogs, And Tagging For Collaboration And Participation.
