All works written by Dr. Qi Jialin embody the Chinese feelings in a specific and strong manner. He was born in Taiwan with the original family home in Hubei. He loves Taiwan and China without any ambiguity. Although the reason for Taiwan belonging to China is so irrefutable, Dr. Qi has spent decades of years to collect, organize and read a large number of historical materials associated with Taiwan history mainly in his spare time. In 1985, he finished and published the History of Taiwan. After many revisions, the book with 2394 pages in five volumes is formed. It spares no effort to discriminate the truth of historical materials and explain their origins.
