Правовое государство от идеи до её материализации

The concept of a "law based state" (pravovoe gosudarstvo) is illustrated using the example of Germany. The author discusses the prospect of forming a law based state in Russia, existing problems and factors. Special attention is paid to the role the courts and other law enforcement institutions should play in this process. Bibliography
